Powerful Spot Xtract Features:
Sandia Spot Xtract is designed for fast, efficient cleaning of upholstery, and small carpets and rugs.
Modular tanks – Lift off the top recovery tank and fill the 3-gallon solution tank with your mixture of extracting solution.
The 55 psi FloJet pump delivers the right amount of extracting solution into the carpet through the dual-jet extracting tool.
A 100 cfm vacuum motor recovers spent solution and soils. Lift the recovery tank off the chassis and discard per facility requirements. Easiest dump and rinse.
Add the in-line heater for fastest extracting at 198 degrees F.
The black handle slides in for compact storage, slides out for easy transport.
Includes 1-1/4” x 8’ vacuum and solution hoses, and the 4”Clear-View upholstery tool.

The Brame B-3 and B-3H Spot Extractors offer fast, efficient cleaning of carpets, rugs and upholstery.
